Job summary

Tharros is seeking skilled administrators to support the Directorate for the ACC Flight Operations Division. You will handle a wide range of military and civilian personnel tasks for over 800 personnel, including tracking reports, manpower, and compliance with regulations.

The role requires a Secret clearance and solid experience with MS Office tools, including Teams. Strong written and verbal communication is essential as you will coordinate with government civilians, military staff, and

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• 3 years of experience supporting office operations and producing letters, reports, spreadsheets, etc.
• Recent orderly room and personnel/administrative experience.
• Military evaluations/awards and decoration program experience within the last 3 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support military and government personnel daily administrative and personnel functions for Directorate with 800+ personnel.
• Track and review reports, forms, awards, and decorations for personnel.
• Provide policy guidance and ensure compliance with regulations and directives.
• Serve as point of contact for civilian and military position utilization and manning documents.
• Assist security managers and coordinate security-related tasks.
• Develop procedures to ensure efficient operations and advise staff on administrative requirements.
