Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) seeks a Superintendent 1 for project leadership in Texas. You will plan, manage and execute all project aspects, oversee materials/equipment, and support people management to ensure timely, profitable completion in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors, manage field teams, track schedules and costs, and communicate with owners and design teams through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• The Superintendent 1 will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects and ensure documentation supports timely, profitable completion.
• Leads safety culture, coordinates subcontractors, and manages field staff across projects.
