Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a General Superintendent for Mission Critical in El Paso, TX. You will lead all aspects of field operations, oversee safety, schedule, subcontractors, and equipment to deliver complex data center and industrial projects.

You will coordinate with project management, design teams, and owners, manage cost reports and QA/QC, and mentor field staff while driving on-site execution from pre-planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety culture on large projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and workflow.
• Strong scheduling and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment via actions and mentoring.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for the project.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Attends and participates in progress and OAC meetings.
• Creates and manages project schedule with Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and costs using cost reports.
• Communicates key project information to owners and teams.
