Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an on-site Logistics Coordinator to support facility operations by managing the movement of materials and equipment across the site. You will coordinate deliveries and handoffs to operations teams while tracking assets, shipments, and inventory with strict documentation controls.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in high-control logistics environments.
• Strong documentation and tracking skills for receipts, shipments, transfers, and exceptions.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (security, procurement, vendors, warehousing) to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and equipment across the site to support operations.
• Coordinate deliveries, receiving, staging, storage, and handoffs to operations teams.
• Track assets, shipments, inventory, and material locations.
• Support maintenance and operations with time-sensitive logistics needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for receipts, shipments, transfers, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with security, procurement, vendors, warehouse teams, and site leadership to prevent delays.
