Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an on-site Logistics Coordinator to support facility operations by managing the movement of materials and equipment across the site. You will coordinate deliveries and handoffs to operations teams while tracking assets, shipments, and inventory with strict documentation controls.

In this role you will work with security, procurement, and warehousing teams to prevent delays, prioritise urgent material needs, and uphold safety and access requirements in a high-control

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in high-control logistics environments.
• Strong documentation and tracking skills for receipts, shipments, transfers, and exceptions.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (security, procurement, vendors, warehousing) to meet timelines.

Purpose:

Supports material flow, site logistics, and the coordination of equipment, parts, and resources required by facilities operations.

Primary responsibilities

• Manage movement of materials and equipment across the site.


• Coordinate deliveries, receiving, staging, storage, and handoff to operations teams.


• Track assets, shipments, inventory, and material locations.


• Support maintenance and operations teams with time-sensitive logistics needs.


• Maintain accurate documentation for receipts, shipments, transfers, and exceptions.


• Coordinate with security, procurement, vendors, warehouse teams, and site leadership.


• Identify risks that could delay maintenance, commissioning, or operational readiness.

Ideal background

• Experience in data center, construction, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, military, or other high-control logistics environments.


• Strong inventory, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.


• Comfort working around active critical infrastructure and following site access and safety requirements.


• Ability to prioritize urgent material needs without losing inventory accuracy.

What success looks like

• Critical materials are available when required.


• Deliveries and movements do not interrupt site operations.


• Inventory and shipment records remain accurate and auditable.


• Risks and exceptions are escalated before they delay work.
