Job summary

Instrata is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to keep materials, equipment, and deliveries moving on an active job site. You will serve as the on-the-ground extension of the Procurement/Logistics Manager, handling daily logistics tasks and acting as the go-to contact for field crews.

This on-site role emphasizes organization, reliability, and the desire to grow within procurement and logistics. The position is hourly, full-time, and located on a construction site in St.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory, receiving, dispatch, warehouse, or similar logistics coordination work preferred.
• Willingness to learn site vocabulary and processes on the job matters more than prior industry experience.
• Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log deliveries and route to crews or storage.
• Coordinate delivery timing with field crews so materials are where they’re needed, when they’re needed.
• Track on-site inventory and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow up on open purchase orders and communicate delays to the team.
• Support inventory forecasting with current records for planning future needs.
• Coordinate material needs around site events and shifts.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact between field crews and management.
• Stage and organize materials and laydown yard to keep areas functional and safe.
• Maintain up-to-date logistics records using team tools.
• Identify small process improvements in material flow and share with leadership.
