Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to championLogging Recorder solutions for public safety agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers, leading complex, regulated sales cycles from discovery to RFP responses.

You will build strategic relationships with dispatch centers and IT leaders, forecast pipelines, and present analytics-enabled security solutions through live demonstrations and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year in sales, customer success, military or public safety or 4+ years in those areas.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Knowledge of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, and NG911 i3 standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and public record retention laws is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and pursue new logos.
• Forecast revenue with strong Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Develop relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasers.
• Lead needs assessments for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• Drive end-to-end RFP responses for government bids.
• Collaborate with radio and telephony vendors to position integrated solutions.
• Conduct live demonstrations of incident reconstruction and analytics.
