Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a GNOC Tier II Network Technician to support government missions from a Springfield, VA site. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and about 10 years of combined experience, including DoD IAT Level 2.

Responsibilities include remote LAN/WAN support, VLANs, layer 3 routing, MPLS, and evaluating new network technologies with vendor coordination. Location: Chantilly, VA with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IOS, JUNOS, Brocade and Foundry OS.
• Layer 1, 2, and 3 network experience.
• Familiarity with OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP, MPLS, LSP and GRE.
• Familiarity with Visio and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Remotely support installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices and respond to incident tickets.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs at layer 2.
• Troubleshoot layer 3 routing across the enterprise network.
• Troubleshoot MPLS across the WAN and participate in tech evaluations.
