Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Critical Facilities Engineer to support a Class-A office tower for a financial services firm with mission-critical systems. The role ensures essential assets operate reliably, safely, and in compliance, through inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response.

Responsibilities include monitoring critical assets (HVAC, generators, switchgear, ATS, UPS), performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing issues, coordinating with

Qualifications

Technical expertise in critical equipment such as UPS, switchgear, generators and HVAC.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure.
Knowledge of GMP/ISO quality and compliance expectations for critical systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain critical assets to meet performance and safety standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and QA systems.
Troubleshoot faults, diagnose issues, and document work performed.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for downtime mitigation in Boston and US Satellite offices.
Respond to emergencies to restore operations quickly and maintain on-call rotation.
