Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portion of a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs. You’ll be the single point of ownership, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to align baselines and commitments.

This role requires architectural fluency and execution discipline to drive milestones and risk burndown. Candidates should have 5+ years in government or defense program management, active US Secret

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs
• Active US Secret clearance
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across internal and external organizations
• Proven track record as the primary interface to a government program office, running program reviews and technical interchange meetings and representing program status directly to the customer
• Experience managing schedules and resources to achieve program objectives
• Highly organized: able to manage concurrent programs and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate systems engineering execution across open architecture teams
• Drive execution across multiple efforts and are accountable to tactical sprint to sprint outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through the creation and maintenance of systems engineering artifacts
• Weigh in on overall strategy as well as specific implementations alongside Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers
• Build integrated schedules and allocation plans alongside Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers
