Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portfolio of government reference architecture programs, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to align baselines and meet commitments.

You will drive systems engineering execution, develop schedules, and represent program status to customers, with a focus on breadth, decisive leadership, and scope growth as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management on government/defense programs.
• Active US Secret clearance required.
• Experience in systems and/or software engineering.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships.
• Primary interface to a government program office and TI meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate government reference architecture programs.
• Drive milestones, cost, and schedule baselines.
• Develop systems engineering artifacts and architecture documentation.
• Support strategy discussions with Lead Systems Engineers.
• Create integrated schedules and allocation plans.
