Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portfolio of government reference architecture programs. You will be the single point of ownership, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to align baselines and meet commitments.

You’ll bring architectural fluency and execution discipline, balancing technical depth with milestone and risk management, representing programs directly to the customer in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs.
• Active US Secret clearance required.
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Primary interface to a government program office and schedule/resource oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate systems engineering execution across open architecture teams.
• Drive execution across multiple efforts and deliver sprint outcomes.
• Develop understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Contribute to strategy with Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers.
• Build integrated schedules and allocation plans with engineering leadership.
