Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portion of government reference architecture programs. You’ll be the single point of ownership, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to align baselines and meet commitments.

This role requires 5+ years in government/defense program management, active US Secret clearance, and experience in systems or software engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs.
• Active US Secret clearance.
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across internal and external organizations.
• Experience representing program status to a government program office and conducting technical reviews.
• Experience managing schedules and resources to achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate systems engineering execution across open architecture teams and adopting teams.
• Drive execution across multiple efforts with accountability to sprint outcomes.
• Develop understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Contribute to strategy discussions with Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers.
• Build integrated schedules and allocation plans with leadership.
