Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead Core, Shell and Tenant Improvement scopes on large-scale data center projects.

You will coordinate with field superintendents, MEP managers, design engineers, and trade partners to keep work on schedule and within budget. The role requires 5–8 years of commercial construction management experience, with at least 2 years in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Experience in mission-critical, advanced tech, industrial, or large-scale core/shell projects.
• Proficiency with project management software and drawing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of core/shell and TI scopes (data center).
• Coordinate handoffs between delivery teams to ensure seamless sequencing.
• Manage costs, budgets, and owner billings; track PCIs and change orders.
