Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to join our National Mission Critical team.

You will manage Core, Shell and TI scopes on large-scale data center projects, coordinating with field superintendents, MEP managers and trade partners to deliver enclosures, structural work and white-space fit-outs on schedule and within budget. This role focuses on safety, cost controls and QA/QC, with duties including SOW development, contractor coordination, RFIs and change

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of commercial construction management experience.
• 2+ years focused on mission critical, advanced tech, industrial, or large-scale core/shell projects.
• Experience managing building envelope, structural systems, architectural scopes, and tenant interior fit-outs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• U.S. employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Core, Shell, and TI packages.
• Coordinate handoffs between core/shell and TI/MEP teams.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify and resolve field clashes or constructability issues.
• Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and bid packages for trade partners.
• Manage trade contractor performance, contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and cost tracking.
