Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II (Cost Management) to lead financial management on assigned projects within our National Mission Critical team.

The role focuses on budget control, cost projections, and profit planning with limited supervision, coordinating with schedules, contracts, and status reports. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in CM/CE/ME, 6+ years in commercial construction, and strong proficiency in Procore, MS Project, SmartSheets, and Nexus to drive accurate

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (Mission Critical/Data Center experience preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of budget management, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, cost consultants, and owner/clients.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Monitor job costs.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including subcontract and prime contract reconciliation.
