The role involves administering assigned projects under supervision, coordinating schedules, costs, contracts, and status reports. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent and at least 4 years of commercial construction experience, with strong knowledge of MEP systems and Procore/PMC tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate owner relationships and relationships with professional groups.
• Involve in preconstruction activities including bidding, vendor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
• Oversee QA/QC program and commissioning processes.
• Lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budgeting decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
