Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead core, shell and tenant improvement scopes for large-scale data center projects in the Dallas area.

You will collaborate with field teams, MEP managers, design engineers and trade partners to deliver enclosure, structural work and white-space fit-outs on time and within budget. The role emphasizes risk management, cost control and proactive coordination across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of commercial construction management experience, with mission critical exposure.
• Experience managing core/shell, TI, and large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with project controls and cost tracking.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day management of core/shell and TI scopes for data center projects.
• Coordinate handoffs between delivery teams to ensure seamless sequencing.
• Review drawings and specs to resolve constructability issues early.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and track RFIs, submittals, and changes.
