Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Data Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of a mission-critical lottery client environment. You will be the primary liaison for contracted data systems, ensuring performance and service delivery while leading a local operations team.

You will develop and enforce SOPs, coordinate software releases and site projects, and maintain compliance with change management and security requirements. On-site, 24x7 on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and 7–10 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing operations in mission-critical environments (lottery/gaming/transaction-based).
• Strong incident management, change control, and compliance process background.
