GCON Management Company LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Project Manager with a focus on datacenter, mission critical, and manufacturing projects. This senior leader will guide portfolios valued up to $150M–$250M, drive strategic direction from preconstruction through closeout, and mentor a growing team across the business unit.

You will own the operational plan for programs, develop executive-level client relationships, oversee staffing of project teams and consultants, and champion safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management with a general contractor.
• 10+ years leading build processes for data center and mission critical projects ($100M+).
• Proven track record mentoring and developing project management teams.
• Experience managing complex, high-value project portfolios and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex, large-scale datacenter, mission critical, and manufacturing projects valued up to $150M–$250M+.
• Serve as senior operational leader across preconstruction through closeout.
• Own the operational plan for a project portfolio and lead new revenue pursuits with senior leadership.
• Develop executive client relationships and grow portfolio profitability.
• Recruit and manage contract staff and internal project teams across multiple projects.
