Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Manager for Mission Critical Data Center projects within the Community Development Group. You will lead civil/site design, coordinate with clients and sub-consultants, and manage project scope and budget across diverse data center initiatives nationwide.

The role requires driving project teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality through all phases from planning to construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Typical office environment with field work possible

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on site development projects from planning to design and construction
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams to meet project goals
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedules while ensuring QA/QC
