Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Manager focusing on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will lead design and construction administration, coordinating civil site work and managing cross-disciplinary teams on complex data center projects across North America.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or planning with 8+ years of experience, strong communication, and proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with civil/site development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site development projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and client interfaces.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Review and coordinate project documentation and drawings.
• Lead coordination meetings with internal and external teams.
• Assist in proposal development and client presentations.
