Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will lead civil site design teams and manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules for nationwide data center programs.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, plus strong communication and QA/QC abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Experience leading civil/site development projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on civil site development and data center projects.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule for high-complexity projects.
• Provide QA/QC checks and mentorship to junior staff.
• Support proposal development and client growth across North America.
