You will monitor emergency alarm signals, coordinate rapid response with Police, Fire, and EMS, and support after-hours messaging while maintaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check (licensing requirement).
• Basic computer and typing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to fire, burglary, medical, and supervisory alarms.
• Dispatch Police, Fire, or EMS according to procedures.
• Communicate confidently with customers during urgent situations.
• Handle incoming and outbound calls with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support after-hours answering service and message routing.
• Document actions clearly and precisely.
