Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced AI Developer to train, test, deploy, and maintain AI models on the Air Power team. You will own mission-critical solutions using cutting-edge Agentic frameworks and collaborate across data engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver impactful, data-driven outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in Python/TypeScript/Java, AI-enabled app delivery, and a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production-grade software experience in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience developing AI-enabled applications such as LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to design event-driven integrations and workflow automation such as asynchronous messaging or audit logging.
• Ability to implement MLOps or DevSecOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, or model evaluation.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Train, test, deploy, and maintain AI models using Agentic frameworks.
• Own and define the direction of mission-critical AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners.
