Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AI/ML engineer to design, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end AI pipelines that support mission-critical systems. You will implement robust software practices, automate workflows, and integrate AI capabilities into production environments on a national security team.

The role requires experience with data science, ML engineering, and a TS/SCI-secret clearance, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI solutions and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science, ML engineering, software engineering, data research, or data analytics.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
• Experience implementing document RAG and Graph RAG solutions.
• Experience building applications leveraging LLMs for automation tasks (e.g., summaries, reports) including multi-agent solutions.
• Experience adapting and fine-tuning open-source models.
• Proficiency in object-oriented Python programming and best practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Helm, or Kubernetes.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Secret clearance.
