Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Mission Systems Scheduler to support NASA COSMOS at Johnson Space Center in Houston. You will translate real-time mission milestones into resource-backed schedules, coordinating facility availability and console allocation to back MCC and MTC activities.

You will maintain weekly MCC/MTC schedules, handle ad hoc requests, lead scheduling meetings, and ensure planning consistency across mission system activities. Strong organization and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma (or GED) and 5 years of general experience
• Associate’s degree and 2 years of general experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and no experience

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains weekly facility schedules for MCC, TS and SVMF facilities.
• Coordinates facilities resources and external interfaces to support mission requirements, network tests, simulations and development users.
• Support/conduct facility scheduling related meetings.
• Present MCC schedules at the Daily Operations Meeting (DOM)
• Manage/schedule Flight Controller Consoles
• Manage MCC Work Plan requests into mission and training schedules
• Provide facility user scheduling assistance and problem resolution.
• Develop and maintain scheduling procedures.
• Provide data entry support of facility projection and utilization data.
• Provide utilization data and generate reports/metrics.
• Generate and deliver schedules to appropriate disciplines.
• Support other related duties as required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with FOD FOX Integrators to support program needs
