Job summary

ARES seeks a Senior Scheduler at Johnson Space Center in Houston to develop, manage, and optimize complex Integrated Master Schedules in alignment with NASA standards. You will lead a team of schedulers and collaborate with technical points of contact to plan tasks, gather updates, and present progress.

Role requires 20+ years preferred; aerospace experience is a plus. Proficiency in scheduling tools and EVM-related concepts is expected. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with probabilistic schedule risk analysis (SRA) and schedule health analysis.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Milestones Professional and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse).
• Advanced MS Office experience and Microsoft Project; familiarity with integrated scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven project schedules.
• Create proposal and full life cycle schedules for programs.
• Integrate multiple project schedules for cross-project analysis.
