Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in dispatch, customer service, or call center management within HVAC, plumbing, or service trades.

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar AI dispatching software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Control — Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of CSRs and dispatchers to keep HVAC and plumbing operations running with precision.
• Master the flow — Oversee daily technician assignments and scheduling to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion training and growth — Partner with internal trainers, external coaches, and Nexstar best practices to keep your team sharp and successful.
• Drive innovation — Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, implement better systems, and optimize ServiceTitan for maximum impact.
