Qualifications

• Experience providing counseling to diverse adult populations is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide career navigation, coaching, and stabilization services to support participants in educational and employment goals.
• Deliver holistic, comprehensive, strengths-based short-term case management using a whole-family approach.
• Conduct comprehensive strength discovery assessments to identify participants’ strengths, family support, academic challenges, risks, and barriers.
• Develop individualized short- and long-term goals, action plans, and progress monitoring strategies.
• Meet with participants weekly or bi-weekly, in person or virtually.
• Engage parents and caregivers to build rapport and provide ongoing support, referrals, and connections to services.
