You will assess on-the-job skills, coordinate with Operations and Maintenance, and maintain training records in the LMS, contributing to a culture of safe and efficient mining operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of training/leadership experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related work experience or equivalent technical competence.

Responsibilities

• Develop learners' skills in safety, compliance and operations through hands-on training.
• Assess employees' on-the-job skills to ensure safe and effective application.
• Facilitate hands-on and classroom training to build employee skills and reinforce knowledge.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to align training with workforce needs.
• Maintain accurate training records in the LMS and participate in train-the-trainer programs.
