Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead mining projects in the US, with open-pit and underground experience. Based in our Mesa, Arizona office, this role focuses on technical leadership, project management, and delivering studies from concept through feasibility while maintaining safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mining, 5+ years in senior/project engineer roles, and a strong background in procurement, HSE, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical or mining engineering.
• 10+ years in mining with process plant, open-pit and/or underground focus.
• 5+ years in senior/project engineer roles.
• Experience with NI 43-101 and SK-1300 studies.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical studies and project execution for mining projects.
• Provide technical leadership and consulting to clients.
• Develop cost estimates and project schedules.
• Oversee procurement to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Support health, safety and environmental objectives.
• Engage in business development and expanding networks.
