TKDA, an employee-owned engineering and design firm, seeks a Structural Group Manager for its Mining division in Minnesota. You will grow and direct the Mining Structural team, provide expert guidance on structural systems for mining and heavy industries, and lead project management, QA/QC, and client engagement.

Qualifications

PE license required with 15+ years of structural design experience.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring engineers.
Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and win work.
Strong written and verbal communication for proposals and reports.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for project meetings.

Responsibilities

Oversee growth and direction of the Mining Structural team.
Provide technical leadership across projects and lifecycles.
Coach team members and support their professional development.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client interfacing.
Lead marketing and proposal efforts with leadership and clients.
