Qualifications

• 8+ years of structural design experience in heavy industrial or mining environments.
• Strong experience with structural analysis and design of steel and concrete systems.
• Ability to travel occasionally (generally up to ~20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for industrial projects, including mining operations.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams.
• Mentor and support early-career engineers.
