Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a broad spectrum of mining roles, including mine managers, engineers (mechanical, electrical, mining), geologists, safety officers, surveyors, and skilled artisans, serving clients in and around Queenstown, Eastern Cape .
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates with specialized skills relevant to the mining sector.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients in the mining and exploration industries.
• Conduct thorough needs analyses with clients to accurately define job requirements, understand company culture, and identify key performance indicators for roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial client engagement and candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Stay abreast of mining industry trends, technological advancements, safety regulations, and salary benchmarks relevant to the Eastern Cape and South Africa.
• Utilize specialized mining recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networks to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience by providing clear communication, professional guidance, and timely feedback.
• Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on the Mining industry.
