Placements24 is seeking a Graduate Mining Engineer for our client in the Eastern Cape. You will support mine planning, operations and safety, working with experienced engineers on real-world projects.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, data analysis, and reporting, with hands-on exposure to ventilation, ground support and mine economics in a dynamic site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• Strong grounding in mining principles, geology and engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with mine planning software such as Deswik, Vulcan or Surpac is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
