Job summary

Jerritt Canyon is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the mine warehouse operations for an underground mining project in Nevada. You will manage receiving, storage, issuing, and replenishment of maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment essential for mine production and maintenance activities.

The role requires strong inventory controls, ERP/CMMS experience, and 5+ years in warehouse roles within mining or heavy industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse experience, preferably within mining or heavy industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience managing maintenance parts, industrial supplies, or MRO inventory.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS inventory-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the mine warehouse, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Establish and maintain an organized warehouse layout that promotes efficient material flow and safe access.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, identified, stored, and protected from damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels, reorder points, and critical spare requirements.
• Coordinate movement of parts between warehouse and surface/underground areas and work with maintenance to ensure availability.
