Job summary

Capstone Copper is seeking a Project/Construction Manager for Pinto Valley in Arizona. You will develop charters, AFEs, and scopes of work, manage budgets, schedules, and safety plans, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to deliver on KPIs for HSEC, production, and cost.

You will leverage SAP and MS Office tools, read construction drawings, and ensure quality control, document management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience in construction or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Capstone Copper values while following MSHA safety guidelines.
• Manage and ensure all employees/contractors are certified for tasks.
• Compile cost estimates and develop project justification for approvals.
• Coordinate with 3rd party providers for feasibility to detailed design.
• Conduct bid walks, analyze bids, and advise on awards.
• Provide project management support with cost, schedule, and scope oversight.
• Maintain document control and ensure CAD/PDF updates and archiving.
• Track progress against scope, cost, and schedule; report to leadership.
