Job summary

Codale Electric Supply is seeking a motivated industrial sales professional to manage and grow a mining-focused territory in Nevada and surrounding markets. You will provide value-added automation, electrical, and lighting solutions to OEMs, integrators and end users, with emphasis on mining applications and power distribution infrastructure.

Qualifications

Experience in mining or heavy industry sales.
Proven ability to manage and grow an account portfolio.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established territory of mining, industrial, OEM and system integration customers in NV and neighboring markets.
Provide product knowledge and application solutions for automation, PLCs, HMIs, motor control, VFDs, sensors, and process control.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
Build relationships with engineering, procurement and executive teams.
Maintain CRM data, forecasts, quotations and account plans.
