Job summary

Technical Professionals Group is seeking a Field Systems Technician to troubleshoot, service and repair on-site Mine Operations equipment. You will document processes, produce detailed service reports, and provide recommendations on diagnostics and repairs.

The role requires field work, outdoor environment tolerance, and coordination with multiple technical teams. You will install, configure, maintain and update field systems, including fleet management and safety systems, while ensuring safety

Qualifications

Strong hardware/software troubleshooting ability.
Good communications skills in English (oral and written).
Must have valid driver's license and be able to lift objects over 50 lbs.
Fieldwork in outdoor environments may be required.
Experience with SAP ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing of technical equipment and systems.
On-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of technical equipment.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Produce detailed service reports and document processes.
Follow change control protocols and share information across teams.
Operate vehicles and machinery safely and in accordance with procedures.
Make recommendations on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications.
Test machinery after repair or assembly to ensure proper operation.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on technology systems and equipment.
Read manuals, blueprints and technical drawings; inspect parts for wear.
