Turner Mining Group seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver on‑site support for customers in the South‑Central USA, based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and documenting hours and project costs.

You will work with skilled trades, engineers, sales, purchasing, and accounting teams to ensure high‑quality service for the assigned territory, including on‑call rotations and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Formal training in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering disciplines or related trades.
• 5–7 years of preventative/predictive maintenance experience with industrial mechanical or fluid handling/pumping systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving skills required.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to work with web‑based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support for customer accounts in the South-Central USA from Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system issues.
• Document and track work hours and project costs.
• Collaborate with trades, engineers, sales, purchasing, and accounting to ensure service quality.
