Job summary

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, perform precise alignments on motors and gearboxes, and document activities to support continuous improvement. Travel to various sites may be required to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• Two years in a related technical service role preferred, mining or heavy industrial equipment familiarity is a plus.
• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship or one year of technical college in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and apply schematic diagrams to troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, servicing, and inspection on mining equipment to ensure safety and availability.
• Diagnose issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems and implement effective fixes.
• Replace or repair defective parts at customer sites while maintaining safety standards.
