Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks an Estimating Manager to lead bid efforts for mining-focused projects from Centennial, CO. You will manage detailed estimates, read complex drawings, and coordinate with operations and executives to drive competitive pricing and risk-aware proposals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of industrial estimating experience, strong leadership, and advanced proficiency in InEight, Bluebeam, Navisworks, P6, and MS Office. Salary includes substantial compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years estimating experience required with supervisory experience.
Field experience on industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

Lead estimating strategy and tactics to win work while managing risk.
Perform detailed estimates with quantity take-offs, manning, equipment, quotes.
Schedule review meetings with operations and senior management.
Review RFPs and RFQs; read drawings, including P&IDs and 3D models.
Build estimates in InEight Estimate, incorporate labor, material, and subcontract pricing.
Prepare proposals for bid and negotiated industrial construction projects.
