Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mining, earthwork, and heavy civil projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, scopes of work to determine costs (labor, equipment, materials).
• Develop quantity takeoffs and pricing models for competitive proposals.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
