Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-craft mining EPC projects up to $100M, overseeing safety, quality, and project controls. You will coordinate engineering, technology providers, and JV partners, ensuring effective client interactions and successful completion across disciplines.

The role requires extensive field experience, MSHA compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage cost, schedule, and safety across large-scale projects with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and construction management.
• 10 years of field experience.
• Experience in MSHA-regulated mining and aggregate operations.
• Maintained compliance with MSHA safety standards and participated in accident prevention programs.
• Contractor oversight and safety meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage entire site management team (Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager, Safety Manager, etc.).
• Represent PHX in a professional manner in all client interaction activities.
• Communicate with client, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors on all project related issues.
• Champion PHX's Corporate Safety Plan and develop a site-specific safety plan.
• Review completions status and schedule progress; identify productivity problems early and propose solutions.
• Review all work plans and work packages.
• Provide support to ensure the site quality plan is communicated and inspections and quality documentation are completed on time.
