Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks a Construction Site Manager to oversee standalone multi-craft and EPC projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, subs, and vendors, driving leadership across the site and controlling execution from planning through turnover.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 90%), relocation for 6–12 month projects, and a competitive base salary with per diem and mobilization support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management and at least 10 years of field experience.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project regulations.
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate for multi-month projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the site management team across multi-craft projects.
• Represent MIC in client interactions and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead safety planning, JSA training, and toolbox safety meetings.
• Review schedules, work plans, and procurement status; manage change orders.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and field reporting.
