Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Development Manager- Mining to acquire new customers and drive revenue in mining, metals, minerals, and aggregates. You will develop account strategies, build relationships with decision-makers, and leverage your knowledge of automation, digital transformation, software, and services to improve productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

• A valid driver's license.
• The ability to travel up to 40% of the time to customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear objectives for each sales call or meeting and tailor materials for decision makers.
• Configure a product and services solution and negotiate terms within predefined commercial parameters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build external customer relationships.
• Develop a personal network within the industry and represent the organization at sector events.
• Maintain and renew knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.
