Job summary

Rockwell Automation in the United States is seeking an Account Development Manager- Mining to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth across the mining, metals, minerals, and aggregates sectors. You will leverage industrial automation, IIoT, and software expertise to deliver multi-faceted solutions, develop executive relationships, and lead opportunities from prospecting through negotiation.

This role reports to the Americas Sales Manager - Mining, Metals & Cement and requires travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Experience in IIoT, automation, and software solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives for sales calls and tailor presentations to decision makers.
• Configure solutions and terms with internal experts and present to prospects.
• Collaborate across teams to build external customer relationships.
• Develop a network in the mining sector and represent the company at events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, regulatory codes, and industry best practices.
