Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks an Account Development Manager- Mining to acquire new customers and drive revenue across the mining, metals, minerals, and aggregates sectors, leveraging industrial automation, digital transformation, software, and services to boost productivity and sustainability.

You will develop account strategies, build relationships with decision-makers, present solutions, and negotiate terms while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid driver's license.
• The ability to travel up to 40% of the time to customers.

Responsibilities

• You will establish clear objectives for each sales call or meeting and tailor materials for decision makers.
• You will configure a product and services solution and negotiate terms within predefined commercial parameters.
• You will collaborate in cross-functional teams to build external customer relationships.
• You will develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
• You will maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, regulatory codes and industry best practices.
