Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Training Consultant in Tucson to design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on MineStar technologies for dealers and customer-facing teams.

You will ensure materials are current and aligned with Caterpillar processes, and collaborate with business units to tailor learning solutions for mining operations. The role requires hands-on MineStar experience, strong consulting and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% while working onsite in

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of training processes and procedures, with ability to manage and execute training programs.
• Strong customer-focused training design aligning with customer needs.
• Experience delivering training in mining or heavy equipment context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver MineStar-focused training programs for dealers and customers.
• Maintain training materials to reflect current processes and policies.
• Evaluate new training tools and content for future programs.
• Consult with business units and dealers to identify training needs and recommend solutions.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement in training programs.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and delivery.
